Paint application is at the heart of our business. In recent years PAINTBOX has invested over £10m in manual and automated painting equipment. Our experience, in a wide range of application methods (including proprietary techniques), sets us apart from our competitors.
Our capabilities include high-gloss application (eg. 'piano finish') for large and small components, supplied to both the volume and super-premium sectors.
Sophisticated body colour matching is our speciality. Paintbox also has dedicated high volume flash-coat production lines for both interior and exterior finishes catering for solvent-based, water-borne and UV coatings. For some customers the process can include hand preparation and hand polishing. All facilities are controlled by TS 16949 processes and are supported by a fully equipped laboratory.
